Wow! What an amazing and unique experience! I was on the 10 day Best of Vietnam trip with LVP TRAVEL and had the time of my life. We had booked for 8N 9D tour of Vietnam which included Hanoi, Hoi An and Ho chi minh city via LVP travels. Jenny was our tour co-ordinator. We had booked this tour almost in February but since then she was well in touch with us, clarifying all our doubts, adjusted few last minute requests. Our entire package was very beautifully created keeping 8m mind interests of everyone including small kids. There was no wait time at any place, no miscommunication. They had ensured we got best possible English speaking guide on this tour. Selection of hotels was also superb, nice yet budget friendly and located bear shopping and night markets. We planned our trip very late but Steve helped us planned a great trip with in a shot period of time .Steve helpled us planned each day from a pick to whole tour till drop .tours like (cu chi tunnel,mekong delta ,ba na hill, halong bay and ninh bin ).He was always available to resolve our query .we had a great trip which we will be remembered for rest of our live and planned to come back again .

It's so great to go trekking in sapa in this sunny day, lot' of ethnic people in colorful clothing, horse carts, luxury hotel. Friendly local but we found traffic jam so often in the town, we trekked in 5km village path, not much yellow rice paddy fields, it's green now, acknowledge guide n skilled driver

The LVP travel company is absolutely faultless. this 11 day Vietnam tour involved lots of hotel bookings, tours, airport pick ups drop offs, and there was never a missed time or booking error. Airport pick ups can be stressful time but the driver always there with quality cars. The holiday is packed with tours that cover all the main destinations and experiences. The standard of accommodation is excellent with wide quality Vietnamese and international breakfasts included. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I will be using LVP travel company for future holiday plans in Asia. Well done Jenny for such perfect service. Jenny was available before and during the holiday always with speedy response. We had a 7 days tour of Viet Nam organised by Miss Alice Do from LVP travels. The organisation was fantastic. The tour was customised according to our plans and changed many times as we researched more and more. Alice was available to sort my queries and help out even on Sundays or late at night. The day tours to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and Mekong Delta were very good and the guides did there job perfectly. Our hotel rooms in HM Boutique Hotel in Ha Noi and Blue Diamond Luxury Hotel in Sai Gon had the perfect central location, a luxurious vibe and great food with decent vegetarian options. We bring back great memories from Viet Nam. Thank you.

Flawless Halong Bay Day Trip

15 of us from London wanted to spend a day in Halong Bay after hiking in the mountains for a week so we went with LVP travel. Jenny was super-helpful in advance over email and arranged all the details and payments etc so we had confidence on the day that things would come together. We were picked up at 08:30 from our hotel and had a 2.5 hour drive to Halong Bay where the guide (Billy) gave us some history and general chat which was handy. On arrival we went to our boat and set out into Halong Bay at which point we were given a lovely meal with good veggie options. We headed to one island for a hike and a swim, then to another where we went kayaking through caves then on to some caves with stalagmites etc before a boat back to shore and a fast drive back to Hanoi. Really hard to find anything to fault about the organisation, the personnel and the trip itself so would highly recommend if you want a seamless booking

First time to visit Vietnam n Cambodia. We found that there's still lot of things, activities, tours...that we 've not joined. We will continue maybe next time. The tour company is great, good services from pick up / drop off. Definitely support and comback soon

Amazing trip made better by Steve's helpfulness

This was an excellent trip. We enjoyed every second of it. I wish we had time for a 20 day trip with LVP travels. We were helped by Steve Tran. He was helpful, resourceful, polite and always available. I am sorry I pinged you so many times Steve!! But Steve was always available to answer my questions. I have to say that our expectations of the trip were somewhat moderate. But each day surpassed the previous day. After day two we started wondering how will they top the previous day but we were never disappointed. We had an unfortunate incident before leaving (personal reasons) that made us change our trip by two days. Steve handled it like a pro and accommodated it. The hotels were all nice and the car guy was always on the time promised. Events in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang (Ba Na Hills) and Mekong river delta were each amazing. So many photos to sort through :)

Alice Do planned our trip to Hanoi, Danang and Hoi Chi Minh in a customised format. She was very supportive at every step and always gave prompt replies. Its her job but she goes to the all extent and make sure that everything is perfect for the client. We would recommend her if we come across anybody who wants to visit Vietnam. Overall Vietnam is a good place to see and understand their culture. Very clean and neat cities. We had a great experience and came with beautiful memories

LVP Travel organised our family trip to Vietnam excellently. The Hotels which they booked was centrally located close to both shopping area and tourists spots. We faced NO PROBLEMS because LVP Travels planned our itinerary meticulously. For Hanoi during December, always carry warm clothes. Everywhere you travel in Vietnam, pls carry water. I strongly recommend LVP TRAVEL for your tours to Vietnam. LVP TRAVEL coordinator Ms Jenny Pham guided excellently. She was always in touch with us during our 8 days trip to Vietnam. The trip was organized by LVP travel and I got in contact with Jenny Pham from India for the trip as she was recommended by my daughter . I feel that I was lucky to have her as my tour coordinator who organized 13 days trip of Vietnam for us ( party of 4 people) in an excellent manner and at a competitive cost and we visited 4 places during the trip. Jenny was always available to assist us and any issues was addressed immediately and she made our trip smooth, without hassle and with wonderful memories.
